I believe he can make a substantial improvement to be a very solid contributor in the midfield.

Get a kick. Seriously, he's not in any trouble in being out of the team in 2012 but he needs to improve which I think can happen with simply playing onball.

Gather momentum so that by mid year, he is again taking and beating the best.

Will David Hille become the best ruckmen in the competition?

No. Will struggle to play a full season with knee/hammy issues.

How many games will Dyson Heppell play?

Managed through 16-20 games. If finals no chance, will play 16 odd.

Is David Myers on his last chance?

Possibly, more so because of injury concerns rather than form.

Out of the new recruits (Heppell aside) who will play the most games?

Hibberd will play all 22. Top 5 BF.

Best position for Paddy Ryder?

Full forward, 2nd ruck.

No.

30 as a small/medium forward. Goal assist numbers will be important though.

What does Kyle Reimers need to improve?

Attitude is number 1.

Can Heath Hocking back up his brilliant 2010?

Would have called it solid and he can definitely improve if given the opportunity to rotate through the midfield.

I believe that he is on that borderline but still think he will be around in 2012 and I believe he should be playing in the midfield.

Will Brent Prismall progress to a consistent midfielder and help out Watson in the midfield? Having Bomber back, I believe will help Brent in his game with Bomber being his former coach. Bomber knows his strengths and weaknesses and what made him such a good player in the blue and white hoops at Geelong.

Is this Mark McVeigh's Last Year?
Sadly, yes..he will play his heart out for James but I just don't think after this year his body will be able to keep up with the pace of the game.

Expectations of David Zaharakis?
Really high expectations of David on my behalf. Seeing him at the opening training session today looking extremely fit and worked in the gym really hard over the summer. We all know he has pace and great ball skills. I expect him to be a key player in our midfield in season 2011

Will Anthony Long play in 2011? No, I don't believe so.


What does Courtneay Dempsey need to do to keep his spot in 2012?
I only put this question in to see the reaction of you supporters that don't rate him. The guy wasn't even that bad last year. Few games he was slightly off and he became our whipping boy. The kid, that's right, kid has amazing talent and pace to burn with sensational skills.

Interrupted pre season for Tayte Pears, expectations of him?
I don't expect Tayte to have a really big year, of course if he does fantastic, but you don't see a lot of people have a big year without a pre-season. Won't reach form of 2009 and early 2010

Will David Hille become the best ruckmen in the competition?
Not 100%. As a previous poster said, Sandilands be very hard to beat but I believe that David is much more versatile and can float forward and take big pack marks and kick 2-3 goals a game.

How many games will Dyson Heppell play?
16-22

Is David Myers on his last chance?
Shouldn't be there this year, but he is, so yes he is on his last chance.

Out of the new recruits (Heppell aside) who will play the most games? Until Today, I would of said Michael Ross but now that he is out injured and will have an interrupted pre-season also. I will say that Alex Browne.

Best position for Paddy Ryder?
I think he's best position is down forward. If Tom Bellchambers can lift his work load and force his way into the side with him and Hille rotating on/off the bench with Paddy doing the forward line ruck work, I think will work really well.

Will Fletch play in season 2012?
All depends how many games and how many injuries he picks up this year.

Don't care how many goals are kicked...just consistency and intensity

What does Kyle Reimers need to improve?
I don't mind his aggression towards opposition players, but he has to learn when it's the right time and know when to stop. I like his flare. He has the skills and definitely has the talent. He reminds me a lot of Jason Akermanis. Skillful, cocky, show-off. Main focus is know when it is the right time to fire up, but know when to stop

I think he'll play around 11-15; he'll be eased in through the seconds into the firsts by about Round 5 and he'll do considerably well and keep his spot in the senior team until Round 16 where he rolls an ankle and has a week or two off before returning to the team.

Is David Myers on his last chance? Not unless he does really bad next season.

hmmm i reckon the defensive pack will play for each other rather than being one out alot. i think they can all be a solid unit with tayte being key to stopping the gorilla from the oposition. i reckon he will contiune and have better performances that last year.

he will contiune to throw his weight around which is a worry. the body seems to be a little bit if a worry also. i think he will be top 3 in the league

I thought hird wanted him chb, i dont mind him there but i like him in the forward line better. but only if he is fully applied and showing a little aggression, not just floating around not trying to bend the grass when he runs.

i think he is in for 40+. that will be plenty to be classed as good

play football, kick goals, tackle. not push opponents to the ground or salute the crowd after a goal if we are 10 goals down.

vital work horse for us but i think he has peaked....he will stay at the same level for the next few years..which is fine
