I finished 1400 last season in my third year. I have improved every year so far, starting with my first year score of around 30k and 12k seconded year. I hope to break the 1k at least this year. How do I get last years results?

Didnt play last year but finished at the 19,000 mark in 2010. Happy to go into any league. Team name is RedWhiteAndBlue.
