2013 Ladder Predictor (Competition)

Try not to turn this into a discussion thread, it's for posting your predictions.

If anyone is interested, I've set up the same competition as last year, rules are as follows. It worked well last year.

Please re-edit predictions rather than create new posts.

2012 competition and results here
Points are as follows:

Corect placing 100 Pts
1 out - 25pts (you pick Hawks 1 they finish 2)
2 out - 5 points (Hawks finish 3rd)
And also (-5) points for every position out after that.(penalizes bad predictions and rewards those who back them) eg : you pick Gold Coast 17th they finish 10th you lose 25 Points.

in other words 100 pts, 25 pts, 5 pts, -5,-10,-15 etc.

25 points for rising star
25 points for Coleman (2X Bonus for correct goals(50 points))
50 points for Brownlow (must win, not get most votes *ineligible)
50 points for correct selection of a grand finalist.
100 points for Premiers

- selections must be valid ( unless it is obvious, eg 1 team missing, they will get the missing number, if it can't be determined the prediction is invalid, so make sure you get it right)
- double selections will only count as a tie.
- if you have more than one prediction, only your most recent selection will count.

Don't 'like' that Collingwood wins the final since the decade that the Lions won the three-peat, but definitely agree that it will be a close season!

Thoughts -
I'm optimistically putting Gold Coast outside the bottom 3... but my gut tells me they'll still be 16th or 17th.

Ablett would've won the brownlow if the Suns got another 2-3 wins, right? Cotchin could win it, but don't let the Tigers fool you, that seems to be what they do best nowadays.

Adelaide will either be unstoppable or in rabbles in 2013 after a rough offseason... bit of a St. Kilda 2011 vibe about them.

If Hawthorn makes the top 2 again this year... they'd just have to win the flag... wouldn't they?

Why? We've beat you how many yeas in a row and are now suited to a smaller ground.
2 years in a row at the MCG. Last 10 games Sydney 7 Richmond 3. Suited to a smaller ground ? Sydney play finals at ANZ not SCG. ANZ is no MCG but its not small. When was the last time Richmond beat the Swans in a final ? 1977 Elimination Final at VFL Park when they were South Mwlbourne ? Swans are no certainties to be top 4 next year but they will play finals. Richmond actually have to make finals to beat them in a Sydney final as the poster i was replying to predicted. Btw i hope Richmond play finals as your supporters deserve it for their long sufferring but dont get carried away.
