That's about the same font as used in the other board ones.

They all tend to look the same at that size. Those are a pixel font specifically designed for maximum legibility at that size.

Gonna sound picky but can you try round the top left and bottom right? Really liked that before. Then I'm done I promise! Ok also maybe the gap between the guernsey and the player name is too big, needs to be same distance as the 3 to the guernsey. Ok really done this time.
