sweetie - im actually pretty sure this happened a couple of times last year when surfers had the bye or had excess (given there 2's won the flag by 20 goals the blokes that missed out could clearly play).

And I also have pretty good mail that Surfers / GC suns put in a request for Campbell Brown to play with surfers on the weekend as with the suns not playing in the NEAFL they wanted to get him some game time before bringing him straight back.

It happens at all clubs and all levels. Been brought up 10000 times.

Food for thought is UQ deems its 2nd best 22 to play APC cup reserves. They could quite easily play there 2nd best 22 as a senior group for Div 3. That particularly group of players has won 3 flags in a row at the former div 2 level and are undefeated so far this year in APC reserves.

I hate UQ as much as anyone (shout out to my mate RUL :)) but if they played this group against the other seniors in Div 3 it wouldnt be pretty!!

I was wondering when you were going to send me a shout out BOC, although I'm no longer RUL due to new obligations elsewhere. :) I'll allow old Wester, Paddlepop and Oldman1 fly the UQ banner now

They'll be right without me on match day. Mind you they still need me to make sure they dont lose our clubs footballs during training sessions :D

Didn't we have this discussion last year. We all know it happens every year and obviously there is nothing anyone can do about it. Except it and get on with it. Could someone just get on here and start talking about something interesting please! Morro, please fire this sight up a bit. Where are all the bombshells?

Morro the fearless buffs leader can't type, may have had a serious injury on the weekend! If he can type I'll allow him to tell the big footy world.

Thats a dumb comment sweetie - I know of Div 1 2s that go and play Div 4 occasionally. You actually believe what you wrote?? Clubs do what they do. So much crap spoken about UQ selection policy. All the more plaudits for Carrara for not sooking about playing a decent game of footy with 5 players out.
 
And yet Yeronga or Robina can have a bona fide NEAFL players walk into their A grade sides and we all sit around saying how great it is for the game. And if Fev plays for an O&M side its also good for footy and good luck to Lavington. The hypocrisy here is ridiculous.
 
Hey everybody, just letting everone know that swoopa will be unavailable to post on this forum for 5 to 10 years , due to burning down his ex girlfriends house , stealing her car , attemped murder etc etc. I saw the footage tonight on seven news some red head being escorted by police in coomera . It must of been him. The tower of terror must of sent him nuts!!!

Haha it's certainly too nicey nice on here for my liking lately.

Here's a bomb shell. I believe a young player is returning to the promis land. Aka buff land after a stint elsewhere. Wonders never cease and once the player in question is known will be a big talking point.

As Buzza alluded to, my season looks all but over but ill be there in spirit with everything crossed.

Finally just wanted to mention Ippy. Wow, they were good on the weekend. Hard and fast and certainly the most well drilled Ippy team I've played against.
 
Breaking news!!!! Rumour has it that beenleigh will pick up another massive recruit this week. And swoopa, I enjoy all comments about Logan. Nice work. Looking forward going up against old coach this weekend, should make for an interesting day of football.

Would love to answer that question for you but cant. This Cob is no longer part of Saints. As for KP going back to buffs, we have spoken a fair bit in the past week or so and I personally fully support his decision.

I can confirm that kyle was actually fired by carrara for disciplinary reasons. binge drinking, sex romps before games and involved in consumption of peptides to. Also heard he was more involved in his promising fighting career than football. Hope beenleigh can pull this bad boy into line
