Very tight race for finals with 7 of the 10 teams fighting it out for the 6 finals spots.

I'm sitting nicely in 3rd place having knocked off top spot for you. Confident I can go deep with the most points for thus far.

Really? Its been standard practice in every other UF league I've been in. It has its risks too. I won another league because my opponent benched a mid to get Lachie Neale's 120 odd but then copped a donut when Rocky was a late out. Swings and roundabouts.
This won't make you feel better but I still would've won it had I not managed my team. By benching JJK (116) for Gunston (124) and Duffield (68) for Gibson (120) I lost only 78 points.


Was great fun this year. Hope we can keep it going for 2015!

Well, considering I'd never done one of these leagues before, I think I did ok. Next time I will try not to choose half of my team while drunk (though Ed Curnow was a handy drunken draftee).

You did awesome! There were only really two teams that weren't maintained which was nice. There were some amazing mid season pickups. The team I drafted was completely unrecognisable to the one I fielded for the finals. Levi Greenwood (who I didn't get) would have been the pick of the bunch - but there were plenty others. I looked at my draft the other day and was surprised how many complete shockers I drafted (Mitch Golby & Ty Vickery anyone?)

Yeah, Stephen Hill was a great in-season pick up for me. I think Jordan Lewis may have been a later pick up too - I don't think I got him initially.

Edit - Just checked my draft - I did draft Lewis. Ricky Petterd ended up being a good midseason pick up too, though.
