Like others have mentioned, not sure Hawthorn will get out of third gear. A six day break also and will sure be wanting to keep those bodies fresh for September.

Considering hawks will want to finish top 2 above west coast whom they share the same % (159, 156), IMO they will want and need to beat Carlton by as much as possible to try and lock that top 2 position in. No way they are "taking it easy" on Carlton.

It is also going to be Jed Adcock's 200th game this week and given that there is absolutely no love between these sides who knows.

But whilst I might be willing to tip North as a sure thing, I'd never put money on North Melbourne against anyone.

All fairly safe bets but wouldn't be surprised at all if Collingwood won by 17 or more. Even Essendon might come out and do something weird and win by more than 14. Dogs/Pies, Ess/Port no bet games for mine. You were probably better off betting on maybe freo +17 or something, going to be a defensive contested arm wrestle
