And Hawthorn picked 4 ruckman.
If you consider Grimley as a ruckman.
Also would have liked to have seen O'Rourke

Teams! It is getting real.

Shame we won't get to see Whitecross and Maynard, but I'm very interested to see Sicily named. I haven't really considered him because I figured there was little chance he'll get games, but he's bloody good.

No Maynard is puzzling. Perhaps not as high up the pecking order as some were suggesting...or perhaps his none selection means sweet FA and he will play all of the other preseason fixtures. What would I know
It's week one of the NAB Challenge. Wouldn't read much into it.

Looks like we will have to wait till round 3 of the NAB challenge to get any real idea of who is going to play round 1.

No Daisy........ Viojo-Rainbow will be watching this dude.

Was really hoping to get a look at the NicNat/Lycett combo.

I would say after this game if Lycett does well, a lot of people will overlook the fact that NicNat isn't playing and he will find his way into a fair share of teams.

History says he and nicnat already work well together

A fully fit NicNat says otherwise

Nope we'll need to disagree

Search the numbers on where nutnut and lycett received there points in the games they played together, then compare that to coxs points with nutnut under the same ratios.

percentages and scores may surprise you ALOT

Thats true, the number look good.

But that doesn't take into consideration the fact that NicNat was not playing fully fit. And I refuse to compare Lycett to Cox.

If NicNat wasn't coming from his first full preseason in years then I would consider Lycett, but the fact that he is to me doesn;t bode well for Lycett's scoring ceiling.

I cant see him getting the same amount of time in the ruck with NicNat at full strength, and i think he will struggle to replicate some of those scores when playing alongside NicNat this year.
