If anyone wants to take advantage of some early odds then I'm happy to start taking bets.

Round 1 looks

Gold Coast @ $1.22 (versus Essendon, MS) - the straight H2H is tempting here just to get off the mark. Rounds 1-3 are just about survival more than anything so you can get a gauge of form line. Thus, interstate side versus weak side is generally a good start.

West Coast @ $1.14 (versus Brisbane, Domain Stadium) - Similarly, the Lions travelling all the way to WA to take on the Eagles would fit the same bill.

St Kilda @ $1.10 line (versus Port Adelaide, AO) - St Kilda are already getting a 26.5pt head start here for the $1.90 line. While custom line bets aren't open yet (at least not on Sportsbet), taking St Kilda with a 60+ point head start would have to be tempting here considering Port's preseason form.

Richmond @ $1.21 (versus Carlton, MCG) - the opener is tempting at that sort of market.
