ATL. The loss of Millsap cannot be underestimated. Multi faceted tweener gave a bit of everything. He declined the 17-18 player option and wanted to go FA on us. Well, so be it. The Hawks lost their frontline (Howard, Millsap and Dunleavy Jr), so much of their success will depend on well.....Denis Schoeder?

Washington; Should be a top 4 seed in the east and win a series at bare minimum.
Miami; Should make the playoffs and be fairly entertaining.
