Bulldogs @ $2.63 for 1-39 is pretty juicy. Mumford is pretty important to them, likely to be rubbed out and the Dogs are building with four wins on the trot. Giants have not won at Etihad from two attempts this year, losing to Saints and Blues as well. Can't see it being a smashing, so if the Dogs get up, reckon it will be narrowly.

The dogs last 4 opponents are pretty mediocre tbh... hard to get a true read on them. Giants will be far too strong if they get Patton plus Greene back IMO.

True, but still think we match up well with GWS. We lost earlier in the year to them at Canberra, kicking 9.19. I'm bullish in any case and for a value bet, it's not too bad imo.

Richmond odds just got smashed. I saw it go from 1.78 to 1.63 on sportsbet in a minute. I managed to get on them at 1.78 right when the suspensioms were announced. It pays to have notifications from the MRP twitter ;)

No surprises here. Hard to imagine Geelong winning without Selwood, Duncan and Hawkins. Wouldn't be against loading up on the Tiges while there's still value.

Only worry would be that the forecast for Geelong on Saturday is showers with possible hail. I think I'll stay away from this game for the time being.

Hit the Wc Carlt under hard
Reckon it's a dry total and weather predicted unless I've got the weather wrong, 162 is a dry total

That total has already moved into 159.5 pts....The weather has been so wet in Perth & areas to the south.I think Perth got close to 200mm for the month of July.August is looking like another wet month too.A conveyor belt of cold fronts are on the way.

I got on them halfway through the Geelong game when they were 2.20. Now that I've bragged they'll probably lose haha

I still think that's value, if the weather comes in a 140 Tgs is my prediction

The best I could get was Rich -6.5, but i'm pretty happy with that to be honest.

Rich in way better form at the moment and by my accounts Geel has 4 maybe 5 gun players (Danger, Selwood, Hawkins, Duncan and maybe Tuohy). Three of them will be missing and Danger will be guaranteed to cop a tag from Prestia. Blicavs is also out and maybe Menzel and Motlop so they will be playing fringe players or kids (Buzza, Guthrie, Simpson, Parfitt) to make up the numbers.

Showers and hail helps richmond imo, we play better in the wet

Richmond have been one of, if not the best, wet weather side this season. Notable wins over GWS, West Coast and the comeback win over Melbourne.

Very true, they have been one of the best wet weather sides this year.

I just feel like Geelong on their home deck is always a tough ask no matter which side is playing them, who's playing and what the conditions are. Their record at Kardinia is too important to ignore IMO.

Agreed, but only if a strong side is available to play. Too many outs IMO. A few kids will be forced in's and Richmond are just too slick.
