GWS 1-39: Don't play that great in Melbourne and expect St Kilda to make a game of this one like last year when they won.
WCE 1-39: Expect Carlton to kick the first 2 goals and make a game of it being under the pump. Can't see WCE winning by 40+ at the MCG. It's been a long time since thats happened.
Freo 1-39 Small rain in Perth should be a close match with home crowd getting them over the line.

Price pumped $12.41 x $50

In a very difficult season i think blues to lead at qtr time $3.15 bet365 is value. They started well vs tigers and pies. Even vs nth they had the ball in their fwd 50 for the first 10 min. Maybe clutching at straws but will hopefully get the chance to cash out or take the ride.

shhould ofknown crows would beat swans always play well at scg should of gone with my gut

Bookies absolutely cleaned up last night.

Anyway on to today;
This is probably gamblers fallacy but i have a feeling that we might see a few upsets this round.

I expect most of the games will be close today.
Like saints/blues line even geelong and the bulldogs.

indeed, the footy media decided to bash the crows this week so a response was likely.like you i shoud've taken the crows line.
Join the club. Massive response from the Crows. Tex slammed in the media - comes out and kicks 4.

Mind you i'm surprised by the very poor depth of Syd. So many average players - tag Kennedy, put a good defender on Buddy and a few floating intercept markers and they looked awful.

Anyone keen on Carl? I couldn't help myself and put on a unit on WC -29.5. They literally have no game breakers playing given I expect Cripps to cop a hard tag. I just don't see any experience or leaders to see them being competitive.

I'm thinking that for games that I anticipate to be highly contested with the underdog under pressure that the unders might be the go. Geel / StK last week, StK / GWS currently, Syd / Ade last night. Jumped on the unders for the Carl game and I expect that Bolton will adjust and go for a lock down game and crowd Kennedy with extra players back. Surely he can't run with the same game plan with such a pitiful line up (with all their injuries)?

Had Sydney and Geelong as the big sliders pre season. Thought they'd finish in the bottom of the 8 somewhere with Melbourne and Port climbing the ladder. Sydney have looked really poor thus far. Beaten twice at home already is danger signs. Like you said, tag Kennedy or Hannebery and they look second rate.

I think depth is the issue for many teams now. Syd have stocking fillers like Jack, Florent, Haywood, Hewett, Towers, Papley, Marsh, Cunningham. Hannebery looks terrible, Parker looks average (they were brownlow fancies a couple of years ago) and 1 year ago Sinclair couldn't get a game. Reid is a massive out because they don't do anything else now except bomb it to Buddy.

GWS is well rated but they lost to Syd, nearly lost to Coll and drew with StK. Without Kelly, Lobb and Scully they have the potential to struggle.

Geel is the same with weak depth and a long injury list to quality players.

Thoughts on Freo v Dogs?
I can't pick a winner here
potentially wet conditions too.
Not sold on the dogs and freo are strong at home
on paper sides are very even

Its so hard to predict games this year... there are lots of teams that are up and down
People say this every year. Look in round 1 I said this quote would be the surest bet of the year.

Also, you usually respond to capperscap right after he posts. Did you forget to post under him first? Starting to think your puntking as well
