Wow, still shaking and glad I took the day off work. Simply amazing effort by this group and so proud of them. To clinch all 4 rounds on away ice is no mean feat and can’t believe the amount of Caps fans in the building.

Am I the only one over for this love in for Nathan Walker? Nice moment, sure, but this talk of bringing the cup to Australia and having his name engraved is just weird.

You use to have play a certain amount of games to get your name on the cup in that year or play one game in the finals. I think
He'll bring the cup to Australia and get a ring. The entire organization gets their day with it. He won't get his name on the Cup though since he didn't meet the games requirements and I doubt they petition to get it on there.

He qualifies as he played a playoff game and was on the roster at the end.
Was on the roster, but didn't play a game in the finals so he doesn't qualify. But like I said, the Caps could petition to get it on there
