What do we do if they dont give us access to our rankings?

I struggled to break 10k most of the year as my focus was on cash and league wins but got a bit better after the bye.

It;s odd that they've not got history easily accessible. Are they unaware of how sites like this drive their traffic and reply on team history to allocate leagues?
