A question about collecting tickets from the ballot.
I was going to collect today after work, when I go to the ticketek outlet, I have everything (Normal ID, drivers, credit card) but my Ticketek Account ID number.
The ticket confirmation email with the ID is my home email account.

Is there anywhere within Ticketek to find my account ID, and must I have it to collect?

If you are near a PC you should be able to access your email via Webmail as long as you know your password.

Then you should be able to access tickets. If you got to the point where you could select tickets it means your barcodes will work, check that you don't already have 2 in your cart.
As others have said, you may need to try again with a different internet browser.
