With the exception of VERY few, we lack skill and speed and tactics. We're literally 0/3 at the basics.

There's probably 6 players that should stay and the rest go.

Why we persist with number 34 (not sure her name) is beyond me. Fumbles it every time she touches it, don't think she's ever taken it clean in her life.

half the team chasing the ball while oppos hang back read the play and then stroll out with the ball into open space

then our players don't chase or position themselves to block the attacking play of the other team so they stroll down into their forward 50 and we all run in circles while they take uncontested mark. it's like the bottom 8 players have never watched footy in their lives

from what Hunter said regarding our lack of fitness base, it's incredible to think what the players and coaches did over the preseason
our level of play ATM is U/10's against U/18's

There is a disconnect of some sort. They don't appear to be playing with much cohesion. Bernardi, Stahl, Brancatastano and Jacques were so passenger-like. You simply can't have that little impact against a team you are half a chance to beat. I know there was some wind, but was it really two inside 50's from our 1st and 3rd Qtrs?

Watching the Dogs vs Fremantle game ATM and they are absolutely light years ahead of us in all facets of the game.

Hunter, Sheehan and Tesoriero should all go. I think the arrogance of picking yourself up when you're just not up to it is a good example of just how poorly thought out our strategy has been.

I trust the people in charge to make the right decisions come seasons end.

I do not know how they burnt our #1 draft pick. How Grace Egan was not taken with our first pick needs to be asked as Sophie Molan has nowhere near the same skill level.

Our AFLW talent identification programs are obviously poor or out of touch. We cant afford poor drafts and the decision whether we let the current recruiters have another go is one of the biggest decisions at the club in a while.

They may give the AFLW off-field team another crack but if they do i hope its off the back of a serious internal review.

If they don't become competitive they will soon learn that its not all sunshine and rainbows playing footy at Tigerland.

Grace Egan would have been our second pick (No25), as blues bid their pick 13, we could match with pick 25 (McClelland)

I’m not a fan of Sheehan I’d prefer that there was someone with some footy history or successful coaching behind them in that position.
Seems to me she sacked the ass coach.
Maybe she was right to, I don’t know but if she is there to manage the FD she would have been involved in bringing him in and you want strong passionate people but if you have to pick up the axe because your not strong enough to manage them your not the right person for the job

I think it's a bit harsh to say only Conti and Monahan have been any good
Campbell, Seymour have shown good signs considering they're only 2 years in the program
Campbell did her knee and only came back in 2019 and is getting better with each game
Seymour has only played footy from 2019 (volleyball back ground) and is very raw but a lot to work with
