Planning to hold all 6 fwds for the year?
Think we need to see Dawson’s game with Lloyd, Mills and Rampe in the team first but I like him.If you had to pick one between Houston and Dawson who would you pick and why?

If you’re running Roberton then consider him and Houston now have the random round 11 bye.
Very unlikely but I’m hoping there’s a feint chance he could be a keeper or at least serviceable and be the last upgrade.Plenty of time to upgrade Roberton by then.
10 games to hit peak value after all.
Have a similar set up with 5 f/m in my team at the moment. Just wondering how I'm going to get the likes of Dusty and Lachie in my team eventually. If their scoring warrant it, sure. Will need to move one to the Mid bench at some point though, since I don't have Whitfield and will probably need to bring him in at some point. No reason why all 6 of the forwards I start with can't average 90+

Yeah, I'm also concerned about not having enough spots on field or trades to get in any fwd line bolters. If figure they will be easier to get in then some of those sp mids. I dont see dusty going nuts after all. His scoring has regressed the last 2 years but should maintain that low hundreds average.
Whitfield is the one that could burn us coming out on fire imo but should drop eventually.

I have looked at this, but aren't you worried about cash generation for 4 Midfield SP's throughout the season?
I guess the other factor is, if the Petracca and Greenwood types replicate Dunkley/Boak of last year, people are going to be paying 550ish to get them in at upgrade time. That's a lot to spend on a fwd upgrade. If figure they will be easier to get in then some of those sp mids. I dont see dusty going nuts after all. Don't think you'll be able to get away with it come round 1, we'll get enough def and fwd rookies, but I think mids will be lacking still. See how you go anyway

Lloyd hurn Daniel laird Ryan Sicily crisp Weller Houston Dawson docherty clarki think there's more scoring potential in the defenders this year compared to the forwards (excluding whitfield and martin).
lloyd (yes expensive)
hurn
laird
scicily
and then somehow houston and dawson (who arnt exactly proven yet)
i think its better than whats available up front.
even the rookies have better scoring potential down back (although theyre priced over 170k)
someone tell me im wrong.
yeah i agree. thats why i think its maybe a good idea to go lighter up front and heavier down back. upgrade your way around the problemLloyd hurn Daniel laird Ryan Sicily crisp Weller Houston Dawson docherty clark

I think the answer is pretty obvious they’re more stand outs in the backline.
the forwards are the Wild West, open and volatile! Whit and dusty the locks and about 25 players coming behind them
