SMS can take some time. My AFL member SMS came 45 mins after I booked my seats, however, the tickets were showing in my order history on the Ticketek app.

Oh, OK, I was starting to panic!!!

Mine text was almost instant, but perhaps there's now other SMS to generate in the queue?

That was pretty painless.... logged in at 12:59, cycled for 5 minutes or so.

Was confused with the seat selection as had to choose “general” instead of “priority 1” - not sure why they had options but only 1 would work

To help I saved my barcodes in my contacts on my phone - just copy and paste

Go to your email from Ticketek where it says:

"The following Mobile Ticket (via SMS) tickets for Collingwood v Western Bulldogs have been delivered:

• [FIRST NAME] (phone number): Open link"

Your mobile ticket should be there to access.

check your mobile listed on the site - mine went to my daughters phone!!!! she changed it when i was overseas - long time ago, long time! well 18 months!! if forgotten

Not sure, but I assume it would as it's the same link that the text sends to you.

only if it has the barcode on it, if you print it and it has the barcode its fine. no barcode, no entry. do you have the app on your phone? you should be able to log in and they appear, just go to the bottom of the screen and click on the pic of the tickets, its the 3rd icon on the bottom.

Log into Ticketek - I use the app. Go to tickets... then go to order history
