Thoughts on witherden?

Had a fantasy game at Brisbane and now at West coast he seems settled in. Highish TOG, however sometimes watching him some interesting decisions are made.

I don't think there's a player in the AFL I rate lower than Witherden, he sucks but the WCE chip game is always alright for fantasy. There are worse options, would maybe talk him up a bit more if he every hit my man Luke Foley coming out of defence..

Nah you'd just have Daniel standing next to him, while no-one attends the centre bounce - or else how else would English throw him like he needs to? Gosh think Balsam - Bevo's plans are always very simple, easy to understand and well executed, and this is another stroke of genius!

I'll give him a week, with the way pricing works and the relatively high breakeven basement players have, you can generally allow them to get a 60-70 week one and still grab them for like 210k or less the next week. You lose 20k of cash but you get a look at them and confirm they are good to go. I have done this with O'Driscoll (got week 2 after his sub score) Hayes (getting this week after his 50 last week) and will take a look at McComb here. Hoping for a decent but not amazing score and then grab him when he's named next week and has a negative breakeven.
