Our teams are almost identical you have gus/bailey I have Kelly/Walsh
I had Grundy to start so a little ruck roulette lol!Our teams are almost identical you have gus/bailey I have Kelly/Walsh
Looks like a solid team and less ruck roulette for you this year
Easily a top 1000 side
I like that team except the forward line but every forward line is bad so far lolLast few pages are interesting to see how far teams have progressed and it's only round 9. Here's mine:

Fwd lines should start to look better once TT and English become options again. And hopefully Bont gets forward status so I can just collect all the Doggies and ride the Bevo roller coaster.I like that team except the forward line but every forward line is bad so far lol
yeah same lol, it's looking pretty dire. I was going to trade Butters this week but sided with Daicos, holding off for an upgrade to EnglishI like that team except the forward line but every forward line is bad so far lol
1 or 2 for me leaning 1Curious to hear your thoughts, team.
Trades this week could take one of three pathways:
1) trade out NOD and Cogs for R13 premo (Touk/Laird) and Cleary.
This balances out my 'keeper' byes (Cogs for Laird/Touk) before Cogs bleeds too much cash (I'll probably swap him out pre R12).
2) trade out NOD and Reef for Cleary and SBerry.
Gets rid of two bye deadwood types and continues cash gen. Berry in would mean I could switch Brodie to the midfield and run G Clark from the bench. Doesn't immediately improve my keepers but the money will be rolling in and Berry seems legit.
3) trade out Whit and Cogs for Touk/Laird and SBerry. This would allow me to completely remove my R12 keeper excess. Also, similar to scenario 2, I'd get Clark off the field but have to run with Kiddy at D6 until next week.
Thoughts?
I am more of a fan of 1 since it will help more with cash gen whilst still getting an awesome premoActually might as well ask this to get an opinion or two, which of the below:
Daicos > Oliver
Durdin > Cleary
or
Butters > Duncan
Whit > Zorko (and fielding Daicos)
One for me also.Curious to hear your thoughts, team.

Probably 1. Turn Cogs into proper premo and get what looks the best of the rooks this week. Laird would be tempting with Adelaide’s soft runCurious to hear your thoughts, team.

I look at Brodie and see a keeper, Longmuir has come out and said only change when Fyfe comes back is Brodie will get rests up forward instead of on the bench i like that a lot a few snags could helpFwd lines should start to look better once TT and English become options again. Hopefully Duncan doesn't go too big and Martin has one more cash jump against us and I can make that switch for $100k.
I feel like I'll be able to upgrade Brodie, Rozee, Martin and Cameron for ~ $100k a piece which is crazy.
I was thinking about Brad Crouch today over Wines surely he is number 1 now Steele is out

Brodie is a keeper for me but that could change once Fyfe is backI look at Brodie and see a keeper, Longmuir has come out and said only change when Fyfe comes back is Brodie will get rests up forward instead of on the bench i like that a lot a few snags could help
And once Mark McVeigh takes over surely it will be players back to the right positions, surely
Bontempelli had spent 37 per cent of time forward this year, just above the 35 per cent threshold to have FWD status added
Max Gawn, who was a borderline DPP in Round 6, is within 10 per cent of the 35 per cent threshold needed for FWD status
McComb should get forward status
Bailey Smith – Midfield 63%, Forward 37%
I would welcome Bailey Smith in a second in the forward line
Maybe you need to take a leaf out of Rampe's playbook and try to climb up the ranksOh I see. We’re up to the “every team out there seems to be better than Zevons” time of year… oh no wait, that’s round 1.
We’re up to the “every team out there seems to have traded better, made money better, and have more premos than Zevons”.
Yeah well you can all piss off I never liked any of you anyway
If Brodie still scores 90 odd once Fyfe is back then he's definitely a keeper. I need him until his bye minimum at which point I'll probably be upgrading Cameron to English instead of him. I still think he could die in the arse. Has thrown in some poor ones at times.I look at Brodie and see a keeper, Longmuir has come out and said only change when Fyfe comes back is Brodie will get rests up forward instead of on the bench i like that a lot a few snags could help
