I’d rather just field Carmichael at F6 than go downgrading an on field spot just for some other spud there. He looked real good.
He did indeed. I’ll consider it, but I’m hoping to get someone like Dyl Moore in there if possible becuase he is in great scoring form and should still be reasonably priced.

Yeah I’d do that. By the sounds of it you were going someone a lot cheaper which is why I suggested that.

Feels like whoever updates the pricing etc must have owned Aaron Hall and Lachie Whitfield twice each this year and just doesn’t give a ****kkk

Trying to bring in players from contending sides. Merrett may be the exception for those that need mids as the bombers have some winnable games.

I need a forward. Bit weary of Geelong sitting on top (Duncan) and him getting a rest like they forecast all year. If they have top spot sewn up, they may rest him so he's good to go for finals. Legitimate soreness of course.

English I'll pass on for now.

Leaves Bailey Smith the most likely upgrade for Jed.

Upgrades are all IF Oliver and Rich return as I won't hold them again.

Probably won’t. 3 straight tonnes in the 2’s (or thereabouts) then 111 in his 2nd game from 60% tog. He’s the rookie we needed a lot earlier
Yeh, I don't see it either. Should maintain 70+.

Mature ager, finals bound pies. He'll be doing his best to stay in that side.

Doubt I’ll actually do this - but with the luxury trade available I’m tempted to dump Jordan Dawson for a week.

Plays his old team on the postage stamp sized ground and has a date with Ryan Clarke who has absolutely toweled up the opposition’s best distributor in recent weeks.

There’s surely better things to do so I probably won’t go through with it (his high ownership means a low score doesn’t really matter anyway) but it’s food for thought.

Definitely worth considering. JD to Daicos who has the Bombers on the G could be worth a look.

ND's owners will all be keeping him after his 140 and there aren't any other must have Def's outside of Doch & Sinclair. If you can make a nice upgrade on the other end it could pay off.

Not the worst idea.

Then again I thought you captaining Gawn wasn’t the worst idea :tearsofjoy:

Yeah that’s probably the thing that’ll stop me doing it. Got the big dogs in defence already. If Stewart was back this week instead of next then maybe it would be a different story.

Trading him to Redman vs Collingwood for a real one week sugar hit could work I guess, but that’s getting into mega YOLO territory, and you’d want Dawson back quick smart with games against West Coast and North coming up soon. Not worth the headache.

interesting Sinclair has a date in R23

Can’t believe I’m going to keep that skunk Brad Crouch for not one but two more weeks… he has games against West Coast and Hawthorn coming up. Can’t possibly justify trading him when I’ve still got Titch and Reilly O’Brien stinking up my side.

Trading out Tom Mitchell instead of Brad Crouch… never thought I’d ever be saying those words.

Trade him to whoever's got the Dees in the last round. Houston the latest Def to go off against them this year...
Only thing to bear in mind there is that when Clarke went to Sinclair a few rounds back there was no Brad Hill in the side. Teams seem to prefer shutting him down instead of Sinc (works for me, please stay fit Brad!!). Still, blanketing Sinc worked so well last time it would be at huge risk of happening again.

Definitely one to keep in mind for the Round 23 trade thread anyway :$
