This is my current scenario - I held Whitfield as I thought I could get away with fielding Wehr until I could turn Whitfield back into Stewart. But now I have Hewett out as well.

Haven't heard much about Whitfield's injury and he's obviously worse than Hewett, but I might be able to turn Hewett into someone better and use the other cash to improve Cripps/Lipinski/Martin. I don't have much bench cover either.

I could straight swap Whitfield to Sinclair with $100 to spare, but I'm not sure that's very wise.. Otherwise someone like Redman is in good form, or even Nick Daicos who I very intelligently traded out during the byes

I know right. I only I knew to trade out Crisp instead of Daicos.

How many trades left? Lipinski just got a decent score and is solid at M6. I would wait a week and have a look at English without Sweet. Trade of Lipinski to English will be 50k cheaper next week.

I would likely just move Whitfield and get someone playing. I like getting Sinclair but if you are low on trades and the extra cash helps to upgrade Lipinski and Martin then take Redman imo

No problem. Was seeing if anyone had thoughts on mine but there are less and less people still with trades We both only have 3 trades left so every choice is crucial. Also can't find any concrete information on Hewett and back soreness is so random.

I don't feel qualified to give advice to someone ranked inside the top 1,000 But I think you've got to move Hewett to someone like Houston or Redman, but the latter in particular doesn't allow a nice move like Cripps to Steele. Maybe hold off on that until closer to finals?

Like it but reckon you might as well do MRJ out instead, I don't think either play soon and it means you've got $100k in the kitty rather than $40k, enough to flip Short or Crisp to Stewart next week.

Burgoyne came in for Bonner, went out when Bonner came in, Bonner was shit so now Burgoyne came back in now Bonner has been dropped. You'd have to think that if Bonner gets in to form Burgoyne probably goes out for him again. Don't think his JS is great, even though I don't think he's done a thing wrong every time he plays.

That being said once we lose this week maybe they'll finally **** Hinkley off and we might start playing kids.

I'd go Culley I reckon.

Whitfield's been carrying a dodgy ankle all season, has been a week to week proposition. Would have been great if us SC's could have been informed of that prior to everyone picking him, but such is life.

Most annoying thing is without specifics on Hewetts injury its impossible to make a rational decision- he could be out for 3-4 in which case youd flick him and keep whitfield as he may at least provide a warm body next week.

Either way getting Sinclair is always a good option!

Yeah pulled the trigger for that reason. Have $115k in the bank now. If I waited a week, and Rioli scores a 10 then that kitty might be down to $90k, which could make a big difference in a luxury sideways.

Might even loop Cripps and Culley now that I can!
