AFL 2023 - AFL Round 3

I can tell you right now Essendon won't win this week. We played 3 quarters of average footy against the Suns, can't do that against a 2-0 St Kilda.

After tipping GC last week I'm not making the mistake again, cost me a round too!

I hate betting on my own side but Sydney at 2.15 looks way too good to pass up especially with no Gawn there to utterly dominate us as per usual. Even with that we beat them in Melbourne comfortably last season.
yea my biggest loss of the week was the dogs came and it messed me up the sunday games which just made me lose more cause i was cautious, big note to self dont bet on bulldogs games lol so i will be avoiding the smashing thats coming thursday

Was the other way took Saints at the line, nothing has said all season the Dogs are anywhere near it, I honestly have no idea what is up there, whether it's internal, or whether there is more to what Dunkley said when he got to Brisbane about them not doing much running and fitness at the Dogs. Honestly no idea.

There's a few outsiders I don't mind this week but I like a few trains already this week. Will be getting on the Sydney smalls, and definitely playing the Cats smalls/talls. Never thought I'd be loading North Melbourne goalscorer markets lol!

mate i saw it coming at the end of last year, the coach needs to go yet the dumbasses resigned him for 2 more years

if i was looking at anyone in that brissy vs dogs game jack gunston always kicks a bag on us

The thing is it isn't as if Bevo can say oh I haven't had the cattle. He's had AA defenders, he has a midfield any coach would kill for and he has Naughton at least and some very good smalls. I just don't buy that he hasn't had the cattle. So maybe you are right the coach can't be there forever. Though who would you want to coach?

Gunston struggled to kick straight all game last week.

Couldnt hit the side door of a barn.

one ive had a go at, and have the first 2 rounds and he keeps paying for himself

Will Ashcroft. first round kicked 1.0 and kicked 1.1 on the weekend. Had 5 disposals inside 50. Should be getting his chances against this bulldogs side low in confidence.
AGS $2.70
2+ $9
3+ $34

Also if you can be arsed check out Zac baileys heat map from the weekend. 5 disposals all about 20 from goal. He has a tendency to bob up. Had a consistent start to the year. 2.0 in each game. Giddy up

3+ $5.50
4+ $18

Who is playing up front for North this week? Is Curtis injured? They going to swing Sheezel forward at some stage?

Larkey for 6 is almost a guarantee

Stephenson might be having. nibble on himself against the witches hats Hawks

at the start of his tenure he even said sometimes coaches tend to overstay there welcome and i think that is happening here, the thing is in 8 years he hasnt changed the gameplay at all and its just been founded out and we arnt a team with speed anymore so its not working at all, the list is still so talented i think if we dont move him on its the biggest fumble of what should be a atleast top 8 list imo waiting prime bont

i would put it similar to collingwood letting go buckley and everyone thinking they might be bad but a new coach with new ideas was exactly what that list needed its what we need

as for coaches not sure who is in the market

Another player who might benefit from Simpkins's suspension is Cameron Zurhaar. Had 26 disposals on the weekend (13 in the centre square) attending 40% of the CB's. This percentage should only go up against Hawthorn. Currently $2.15 for 20+ on sb.

Yep think it’s time or he needs to change the gameplan. There’s also been a bit of robbing Peter to pay Paul with Bont too. He’s a top let’s say 5 mid in the comp. Leave him there don’t put the bloke forward 70% of the game

Jack Macrae played a whole half in the forward line against the saints dude doesnt have an ounce of forward craft in his body, look i love bevo for what he has done for the club but there is a part of me that hopes we go 0 -10 and he gets the sack lmao

You play like last week and you won’t have to “hope” you WILL be 0-10

load up on brissy goalkickers ahah s**t even Stinks McCarthy might finally do something he is always a kicks a bag once every 6 games type player

Who is that loaf of a ruck man McInerney or whatever his name is lol 2+ coming

Mate, you might want to cool it with the gloating over your bank balance. It's a very unpleasant trait.

As for this week, a couple to keep an eye out for disposal wise:

Simpkin suspended for North - They'll probably bring Will Phillips in to slot into the CB rotations
Steele injured - Windhager was the sub against the Dogs... should get a full game in the midfield this week
I love it when people get hyped over a win it's great, but it becomes distasteful when they bring it up every second post that they're up a few K, even worse when they didn't even post 90% of the 'tips' lol. Dude needs to practice humility.

Nice tip.

Have gone:

Larkey 4+
Zurhaar 25+
Sheezel 25+
