It's certainly an option as whichever way I go I'll still have to field 2 rookies. Just have to work it so there's enough to grab Dunkley next week and still end up with no rookies on the field

Decided to ditch Laird
Has Port as unfriendly game next

Going Laird > Jackson
Sheldrick > GHewett
Still a double downgrade with 300k to get Dunks/Doc next week - yeah sure
Had DC, Sheldrick, Lloyd & Serong out last week = major damage to upgrading

Thought about trading for matchups.
Benching Laird, I still have 22 "premos" but missing Bont, Merrett and Sicily so I could go Laird to one of them to keep getting the top line premos.

I have Laird, Cripps, and Sheldrick to fix

The three players I looked at was Jackson, he's a for Sheldrick ......then it was who to hold & trade out of Laird / Cripps

The 3 x incoming trade options were Parish, Trac, and LDU ......ESS have a fantastic fixture from here, MELB & NORTH not bad either

Finally opted to hold Laird, and trade LDU in for Cripps ....Cripps was always not a hold longterm anyway

Should still have funds next week for Dunkley, who I expect to be eased back in ......interesting he's been named FWD

So after bringing LDU and Jackson in ......only $1K in the bank ......yeah, I'm going cashless too

Options:

1. Trade Laird & Greene, bring in Steele & LDU, play Windhager and have 200k for next week to upgrade Windhager to Dunkley. Next week have Steele, LDU and Dunkley.
2. Trade Greene & Sheldrick, bring in Flanders & LDU, play Windhager over Laird and have no cash for next week. Next week bring Laird back on (assuming it is only 1 week) and upgrade Himmelberg to Dunkley. Next week play LDU, Dunkley and Laird.

What do we reckon.
