Very much doubt it's 2 weeks. Likely 3.

There's issues with every option this week. After GC are are smashed by Melbourne, Atkins and Fiorinio could be out next week. I think Soldo is safest pick but not the highest upside. Depends which way you want to go
That GC game of last week, has really distorted a lot of player averages & perceptions .......there's a few players that have a run of two very good scores, leading you to think you need to get on .....then you see they've played St Kilda & WCE

SAINTS are giving up a lot of midfield points

Current trades are Ginbey to Fiorini and Long to JJ.

Been stuck rotating between having to play Greene/Van Rooyen on field the last few weeks so replacing that score with JJ and Ginbey’s score with Fiorini has to be an upgrade.

I doubt many (on here at least) are jumping on Fiorini and/or Atkins without understanding the risks. I'm looking at Atkins as an expensive rook that comes with all the risks of a rook. Worst case he drops a 50 and gets dropped. He'll still go up 40k and I'll be able to make 200k trading him down to a basement rook next week. If he holds his spot he gets to play WC and gain another 50k+.

Fiorinis JS is much better it's just a matter of what he can score at.

As long as you have a get out plan they are worth the shot imo.

Listed as 4-6 weeks but there have been a lot of miracle recoveries
4 or 5 would see him return against soft ruck combos (Port & GWS)
Hoping they wait til 6 or 7 (Freo/Saints) or post bye
Hope is a dangerous thing

Is it Andrew Brayshaw time?

Would you trade Cowan or Fergus? Fergus 41be and losing cash but a green dot. Trading green also means I will have enough $ to get Hewett next week if he goes well again. Cons, less green dots (3)
Also means I can field cinc for Hollands if I trade green, but no def cover.

How long is Touk out for?
4-6 weeks ....with Touks dedication & fitness, I can see that being on the lower side .....another 2-3 weeks, is my guess

Yep. If Cincotta scores well tonight I won't even have Atkins on field.

Yep, it's actually the easiest as you'll have umpteenth choices of red dots to use as the C. I'm going taranto in the first game tomorrow as the vc but I'll have to be the on the ball and basically do the swap before the next game kicks off
How long can you do the loop for - until the last two games where you're down to a non-playing player and the VC option?

One of those miraculous ones where it says he's 2-3 on the injury list but I'm watching him play ala Doc last week lol
There was a player on the AFL's injury list last week .....listed at 2-3 weeks, who actually played last weekend .....forget the players name, but had a chuckle

The Clubs are giving scant regard for accuracy of injury notifications

As long as you have a red dot that in the late games and you have players you can chuck the E on, you can.

Although it’s recommended to pick a player with the VC that plays early so it’s a lot easier to loop them.

For example I’m putting the VC on Walsh as he plays tonight and if he scores well I can loop him with no troubles

This is good isn't it?

I tend to only put the C on the red dot player if I do want to take the score, rather than at the start of the week. Just in case anything weird happens and you get tripped up.

I'm like a deer in the headlights because I can buy any MID I want this week. HELP!
While I have complete faith Green is a solid pick (and I regret taking him out of my R1 side) his 30%+ ownership is a concern .... should I get a POD?

I have $130k banked so could go Walsh for tonights VC loop (I have Cincotta currently haha). A few rookies are topped out (or will next week) so the $130k will be handy so am tempted to keep as much as I can.

Want Steele bad, but think it’ll settle for Laird due to byes. Already have Serong, Darcy, Marshall, Dunkley, Gulden missing from round 12. So 20 tops given the 2 rucks will be out. Midfield gets tricky with Serong and then also Johnson who will be back and has cash to make, Ashcroft will be the last rookie off, so don’t think I can work Steele without compromising my side for round 12

It’s a tough call, Saints players look like great ins purely becuase they have a very good run ahead in the next month and their scores could rise.

Unless you want to risk taking a hit for R12 to help for the later bye rounds

Yeah it’s tough. Laird works perfect for my bye structure and after not having him all last season it feels a nice in. Only flag is the calf and tough match up. But did have 119 v Geelong at GMHBA last season. BE 104, feels like he’s bottomed right out. Have always loved Steele as well though. Ranked just outside 2000 so the POD nature of Steele would be nice to keep pushing up the ranks
