Possibly, but this isn't a one-off.
There have been plenty of matches played when you spot a lumbering quick bowler running around the outfield as a substitute fieldsman and someone like Labs (or Green at the end of the Ashes for a more recent example) sitting in the sheds.
RRR 8.44 for 20 overs 7 wickets left.
Start each over well then get hit for a boundary of the last ball every time.
I doubt Rizwan bats out the 50 or close to it. If he does though, they’ll win.
