Watched the game here in Perth at the Paddington Ale House in amongst disgruntled Eagles supporters, wonderful stuff, it finally dawned on me on saturday why it's compulsory for Eagles and Collingwood supporters to watch Deliverance before game day.

I haven't read all the posts, but surprised not to read more positive comments on George Hewett.
I think 31 possessions with pretty high effectiveness. Getting back to some of his old great form.
Will help cover for some of the injuries.
Was also happy to see Dow put in a reasonable game.
Walsh is our main concern not playing this week and SOS to a lesser extent.
But if we get Crippa, cerra & martin playing we, should be a reasonable chance, on our current form.
A win against the PIES, will be the best thing for the players and the us loyal fans for 2023.
