Yep. Next week vs Norf, there will be a big bombers representation to bring the crowd up for their home game.37,295 at Marvel.
May be the last below par Essendon crowd we see anytime soon.
Beware the sleeping giant.

That’s the win that changes things. A hurdle they had to get over to be legitimate and frank their obvious improvement in method. The crowd, slightly unders but they will come out of the woodwork eventually. Good atmosphere from the mob though.37,295 at Marvel.

First game against a Victorian side since Covid that wasn't North or WB. Back to the usual run of crap fixtures.Great crowd. First 15k+ crowd in Launie since Covid (last was r19 2019 vs Lions).
No, Essendon the home team. Too many reserved seats will not be used.Could get 50k since the Dogs one did. Not sure how many reserves they have.
Prob less than 8k by looks of it up in Darwin
Boys club convinced themselvesAnd the n.t think they can support a full time team
I assume, at the MCG?Richmond's lowest home crowd against a Victorian club since 2016 (excluding 2020-21 Covid years).
That's the problem with having two games there within 5 days, most people will opt to go to the more attractive game which is obviously Geelong over North at the moment. Looks like grandstand seats for that one has sold out while tonight had many gaps.Prob less than 8k by looks of it up in Darwin

To be fair, 38,000 against the Dogs is still pretty good - and it's a high bar.Richmond's lowest home crowd against a Victorian club since 2016 (excluding 2020-21 Covid years).

8,000 for the smallest traditional club against the smallest club in the league is excellent.
Capacity at Marrara is 12,500.How much does the stadium hold, it looked over 50 percent empty, particularly the stand.
Yep it never seems to be full for the AFL matches played there. It holds 12,500 according to Austadiums. How much does the stadium hold, it looked over 50 percent empty, particularly the stand.

Time for the Tassie govt to stop wasting money on these not wanted games and put it towards the new Tasmanian team.Hawthorn seem to be stuck at about 8-9,000 supporters for their games in Launceston. There's been a big decline in neutral attendance so that requires opposition supporters. St Kilda probably brought along 5,000 supporters so that's why it was 15,000. GWS and Fremantle will bring no supporters so we will see crowds of < 10,000 again. And North Melbourne has very poor support in Launceston for a Victorian club and won't bring any neutrals being as terrible as they are, so this game will be about 10-11,000.
