As 2023 draws to the end who do we think will be some of the teams in the flag mix and whos on the way down.

Ill go for this for the time been:

Way down or say rebuilding:

richmond
north still
west coast still
hawks will rise a bit but still lowly
think its time for both cats and dogs to start slideing down
sydney slipping off

Flag mix:

Pies,Blues,Lions and saints.

Just miss out in the flag mix are:

Dees,Crows,GWS,Suns

I think Suns will finally make a final in 2024

  is the one id watch, if he drops off I think the dogs wont be top 4, if he plays like this year I think theyre a good chance
• Crows - I think they have been better than their ladder position indicates this year, I think theyre ready to go next year

In the mix for the 8

• Giants - I think theyve got too many players just past their peak to push for a grand final
• Swans - I think they need a ruckman and key defender, if they can get them theyll be better
• Hawks - see more improvement here
• Port - I think they have a couple of holes on their list they need to fix, ruckman the main one
• Suns
• Dockers - I think they need 1 more year to be back in the top 4 mix, still a very young team so no rush for them

Toward the bottom but not that bad

• Cats - Hoping they finally drop off, their stars not getting any younger
• Saints - I think they performed about as good as their list could do this year, I dont see where improvement comes from
• Bombers - A few holes in their list they need to fill

Near the bottom

• Tigers - rebuild time here
• Eagles
• Roos
