Frustratingly I'm likely going to be $4k short of being able to do Breville and Freijah to Rozee and a $200k rookie.

Likely cash in McAuliffe for a $200k rookie, and Salem to Rozee this week. Cash in Breville and Freijah (who hopefully rise a touch), and upgrade Day next week

Looking at Rozee and Dowling in so it'll either be Powell and Garcia out or Lohmann and Freijah out. I'm also looking at Trent Rivers but don't have anyone I want to trade out for him. Depending on breakevens, I might even bring Rivers in instead of Rozee, allowing me to keep Freijah another week.

Was set on Friejah out but tempted to cash out Uwland as he has more money on his head, hopefully with a downgrade I can swing Martin to defence and get in a TT or Treloar, two players I want but byes meant i had to wait. Tholstrup did a fine job last night so he can hold the fort

I'll assess FWD options too and see what's availble

I'm pretty sure Salem will be ok for this round ....if you have Oliver, it's time to jettison him

Back to 2 trades .....bugger
What, you mean we don't go up to 4 trades? We used to have 2, then went to 3, surely we get 4 now?

Lohmann might not get up - depends on how well that quad is. It can be a bugger of thing, looked like it lost power. Imagine trying to kick with it in the next two weeks?!

Liked Rivers' role too

Is Oliver still worth more than a cheese sandwich?
According to projections he will be $15k less than Rozee (690 vs 704).
Thankfully carried 140k into this week so can do that and then Salem to Caldwell, leaving my team as

B: Daicos, J.Clark, Sheezel, Martin, Young, Whitfield
C: Gulden, Merrett, Walsh, Zorko, T.Green, Rozee, Caldwell, D'Ambrosio
R: Gawn, Grundy
F: Heeney, Flanders, Fisher, Sexton, Moore, Macrae

So then its just 3 more midfielders in for Moore, Macrae and D'Ambrosio before I'd consider it a finished team.

Noice - I'll still have Hinds (who has been goodish the last few but not today) but Powell and Lohmann must leave my team for Green and Arie

I have roughly $130k.

Options are:

Keep Sexton and Salem and upgrade my final onfield rookie to Rozee

Trade Sexton and Salem to Rozee and another premium around 800k in defence or forward line

Or use a rookie downgrade to trade Sexton to any premium forward or defender, keeping Salem and playing a rookie on field for one more week.

My 3 trade options for the week. Which way would you lean?

Trade 1 gets my last rook (Dowling) offield at the expense of Ryan to Rozee and McKercher.
($21k left over)

trade 1.png

Trade 2 pretty much the same as 1 but Simpkin over McKercher and trading Freijah over McAuliffe.
(68k left over)

Trade 3 just fixes up 2 rooks but means i keep a rookie onfield (Dowling) loop with Freijah. Brown a placeholder
($200k left over) But means i get Dowling offield next week for Rozee while keeping Ryan.

Few interesting options around the high 700s. After Oliver to Rozee have around 830k for a player

Caldwell - On current forms seems like a Top 6 forward, but what happens when Setterfield returns.
Yeo - Looks back to his early form, but with the backs being the highest scoring line right now, is he top 6 ?
Sicily - Very risky, but at a price and high ceiling
T.Miller - I am interested in this. A known scorer that has been poor this year.

Considering investing in a 23rd premium this week to galvanise the forward line, as that F6 position is so flimsy at the moment. Looking at:

Luke Ryan > Gryan Miers
Bruce Reville > Connor Rozee

Will leave me with a fwd line of Flanders, Heeney, Zorko, Fisher, Caldwell, Sexton, Miers + rooks (Garcia, Freijah rotating through). Hoping now that Garcia stays out of that St Kilda lineup so that I can continue looping F6/F7 for the remainder of the year 🤞

Can get to Rozzee and Crisp from Sexton and Salem which looks good. Will play Dowling / Freijah / Tholstrup out of F6 for one more week and then try find an F6 next week.

Clark, Naicos, Houston, Young, Whitfield, Salem - Schoenmaker, ZReid
Gulden, Bont, Martin, Zerrett, Dunkley, Miller, Green, Rozee - Reville, Hall
Gawn, English - Barnett
Flanders, Zorko, Heeney, Sexton, Simpkin, Dowling - Freijah, Harrison, Tholstrup

Jettison Sharp & Graham to Rozee & Dowling
Hopefully enough bench growth left to improve side
Also some D6 & F6 looping for now.

Setterfield played round 13 and had 0 CBAs. Not sure what role he played. The concern would be when Parish returns, but looks like Merrett is sacrificing himself and taking less CBAs so Perkins/Caldwell can have more.
