I'm backing Hore and Howes to have good games. Defenders average, and I kid you not, an extra 29.6 points on the Dogs (data from end of 2023).
Considering it, but I'd be trading out an uber premium to take McKercher's 94. Might be worth it.

Bigger news was Hall played well as did Burgiel.
Hall was a lock preseason until he had minor ankle issue.
Dumped him for Hall right before the game to be able to take Mckerchers emg score, didnt think id get burnt and seems I did ok
very unlikely still I think, second year ruckman would just get beat up by the bigger guys
He'd (Barnett) still need a lot more games at WAFL level I think.
Didn't stop us bringing him in last year though but today was a preseason scratchie against whoever Perth decided to look at before the real thing starts (ie, mostly last year's colts/reserves)
and the West just wanted to prove to us they know another one of our rookies besides Harley Reid.

Newcombe and Stewart fall in price and Grundy likely stalls for a week or two but early straight bat trades for me are probably Budarick + Clark out for some combination of D'Ambrosio / Bonner (via DPP) + Dempsey / Mannagh.
Managed to avoid the Reid/Gibcus issues down back (hopefully Dean holds his place), only fix is to bring Dempsey back after I had him for weeks.
What are we expecting his price rise to be? Hoping a straight swap of Cadman/Canpbell may be enough with their double increase.
Holding on Newcombe, he copped what looked like a tight tag from Setterfield at the stoppages so hopefully won’t get that most weeks.

I don’t think Grundy is my biggest issue but how could I not switch to Xerri now.
Missing the cash rise of Campbell and maybe forced to pay up for Dempsey. I need to find other ways to generate cash so Xerri comes in.
Amon to Bonner as well. Another move for cash and more pts as well.

Dempsey going up 35k I think to be around 290k
Cadman up 30k to be 250k
Campbell up 43k to be 243k
I’m on the free trial subscription so just estimating this based on projected score and projected price change. Not sure if I’m right
Dam would have expected Cadman in particular to be a bit higher than that.
Otherwise as you’ve mentioned above, may need to go Grundy to Xerri for some extra cash and ride his price rise.

Dawson and Grundy the big disappointments, could go down to either Crouch (especially to avoid the Dawson price slide) or Xerri to bank cash for later upgrades. But both could just as easier bounce back next week
Fisher, Sexton, Jordan & Williams didn't set the world on fire, but did did about expected for their price (get what you pay for).
Yeo/Salem/Young would have to shit the bed pretty hard for me to drop one of them to a Massimo type, and can't really justify dropping Steele/Dawson/Martin to Bonner (Wines on watch today).

I would've done this if I didn't have work. No way for me to take his score now unless I drop a premium, which I don't really want to do, since I already have so few starting premiums.
Think ill go Newcombe to Bonner, Coffield up to Ambrosio, will bank like $200-250k though lol, But ill look at other options around 700k but i dont see any better than Bonner for alot cheaper.
