Was also thinking about getting rid of a red dot, but need to dispose of Jackson and Zilliams.

At this stage, I'll be getting Merrett and hopefully a decent fresh rookie who will be named this week. Otherwise maybe Lefau.

Still not sold on getting Macrae, mainly due to the Bevo factor, and want Nicks to decide what he's doing before I look at Dawson.

Zilliams > Caldwell
Jhye Clark > Macrae

Need to keep cash gen going have a red dot in zach reid and loop in barnett and feel this is perfect time to get rid of jhye clark while i still have the chance as current bench of howes, wilson, gallagher, garcia, campbell and graham have nearly reach their peak and will be ripe to be downgraded to upgrade starting 22 that has 5 rookies due to zilliams

Please price changes be kind so I can punt Zilliams and Fisher to Dawson and Macrae.

Sad Please Please Please GIF by myHQ
Might do this with Zorko over Dawson. If those North rooks looked unappealing last week. At 300k they look real grim 😂

Defence now has Bonner at D6, rucks Gawndy and forwards has Reid F6 with Crae at F5.

Really need to do something about this...

Zilliams apparently should be fine thankfully through scouring the Blues board

That changes things slightly.

Also waiting on concrete Young news before I even consider trades yet, all these DPP additions are overwhelming haha. Might have a play with the trade machine tommorow

Is Macrae really a must have? I just can't trust Bevo. Only 35% CBAs for his 129 in a game where they ran riot. I confess I didn't watch the game but assume he was his usual old piggish self?

Forwards being thin and the value might dictate my call, but I'm not convinced.

Was hoping to get another rookie off the field but have some issues instead. If Young is out then it’s him to any mid and Fisher to Macrae

If not I still have the cash to go Fisher to Macrae and Williams to a 750k forward. Baker at this stage but feels a bit gross now that 4-5 forward premos have emerged. Would rather be going after some mids, but there’s too many duds to move out at once.

Also means keeping Sanders which I’m okay with because if he gets full games (huge if) he could be handy up forward for a while.

Thoughts?

Was considering getting 2 mid pricers in De Goey and Macrae, but I think the safer option for scoring and cash gen is one up one down.

Dempsey > Garcia (missed him last week)
ZWilliams > Bont/Dawson/any other premo mid that doesn't have the round 12 bye (have far too many swans, north and giants players).

Now just to decide who to pick

any rookies this week? Mcauliffe the only one and even then I'm not enthused.
If you want to go all the way down to 200k there is a chance freo play Cooper Simpson MID/FWD. Pretty sure we are going to drop erasmus and o'meara and put simpson straight into that mid rotation. Or at least that is what a lot of the freo board wants. Just one to watch.

Bit of a ballsy trade currently drafted (this is assuming Young isn't a multi-week injury):

Out: Stewart, Fisher
In: Macrae, Baker/Caldwell

Feels slightly sideways, really need the two forwards that I bring in to be Top 6 for it to be worth it. That being said, Fisher is a problem who is going to lose lose cash and Stewart has a week off, is a questionable Top 6 defender and I already have a stacked backline.

Leaves me with Clohesy, Roberts, Sharp, Reid and Fyfe on field still to upgrade to premos, with Graham, Garcia, Cadman, Campbell, Wilson to fund them (1-up 1-down each week in a perfect fantasy world)

Arie Schoenmaker and Billy Dowling also a chance to debut for St Kilda/Adelaide after losses this week (according to their club forums), $200k each

Stat line suggests he was back. Didn’t just rack up 15 uncontested marks like Dale, good mix of contested vs uncontested, and did it with minimal CBAs which means he’s getting around the ground well. But was also without Libba so that’s obviously a huge flag.

Surely can still average 85-90 at worst which puts him around the top 6 and is also still good scoring for his price

Could be a lot of debutants then. Might need to grab one this week if they all debut together. Wouldn't want to miss out on the cash gen.

If I were to take the Bevo Risk with Macrae and I hold Zilliams, I can get rid of a red dot in Pink, and punt Jacko... much thinking to be thunk before Wednesday :dizzy:

I’m happy keeping Sanders too, when he’s not Bevoed he’s good for 70 odd as we’ve seen. He and Harley will do the job at F5/6 nicely for now
