i think i set my loops up wrong
how can i get Windsor's score (mid bench) but still keep roberts & chlosey on field ?

You have to swap Clohesy and Graham unfortunately. Clohesy may struggle in the dew this weekend anyway. So probably a safe score. Then you should have a think if you'd rather play Garcia or Reville.

Have Rozee, Sweet and Graham out this week. Sweet out with illness changed my plans.
Was originally trading Roberts and Seth Campbell for Sinclair and Reville, but now I have to find a ruckman. Gawn was too expensive (also didn't want to be locked into a Thursday night trade) and the only one I liked was English, which is going to be a problem because I already have Marshall (round 15 bye). So now going Rozee and Roberts to English and McKercher. Roberts and McKercher might score similarly but McKercher still has cash to make.

Every week, my plans involve trading out Seth Campbell, followed by Lazzaro or Dempsey and every week something comes up and I have to keep these rookies.

Fin Macrae at 274k to save us?

The 22-year-old won't start as the sub after being subbed in or out of rounds one, two and three to start 2024.

"Fin will play; I told Fin yesterday; he will get a good opportunity to play a full game and show what he is capable of," McRae said.

My Bolter team likes this.

Trying to find some left field options in my price range (830k) to replace Graham, mid or def trying to base it off fixtures and past form, as I can't reach the Daicoses of the world, and need to find that balance of money in the bank for next week.

Soligo (the obvious choice but Brisbane's mids tore apart Anderson and Rowell last week so it's a bit of a toughie) leaves me with 101k

McGrath (he's piquing my interest as a reasonably priced DEF, especially becuase Dons DEF have a juicy run coming up, and 3 of their next five are against teams that leak points to Defenders and they love a bit of chip chip) leaves me with 40k

Dale and NWM is the only others I'm considering but would leave me with very little

Anyone know if clark cats is sub. I want to loop him and if his 1st half is good i will replace him with sharp who i dont think will get better than a 60 against the swans.

Want an out of left field option? Go with Short. Tonned up last week after returning from injury. Had a very poor start to the season but looks back in that juicy half-back role. If Richmond keep getting smashed he could be a very good pick. Super cheap too for what he can do.

Agree, Big fan of Short

Short was hobbling. Reckon we rushed him back. Played game out so who knows

I like Soligo, Dale and NWM as options. All have the round 15 bye.

Last tough decision to make - Should i trade Powell > Soligo (Means not rookies left in midfield, no more upgrades until the byes) OR Powell > Dylan Moore, saves an upgrade Parish/Brayshaw etc for next week?

Benefit of Soligo is it's an easy switch to Green/Rozee in round 13 so only need to hold for 4 rounds but downside might miss out on Parish/others at that great price.

Alternatively can keep Powell and go Sheezel > Sinclair and free up cash for Powell upgrade next week. Must say I don't have the guts right nowbut respects everyone that makes the move! My concer is with Phillips, LDU, Wardlaw, Powell , Sheezel may go back to his pig role down back this week.

Has anyone looked deep into Dylan Moore? He seems to be up and down but getting up the ground / more midfield time recently?

That is a tough one. I would probably go Moore, just because of how bad the forward line would look if you're trading out Powell to a pure mid. How many rookies would you be fielding in the forward line if you went Soligo?

I'm seriouslessly considering Powell > soligo as well.

Soligo's CBA's have steadily risen over the past 4 weeks. Based on comments from Crows, he should be 70-80%+ from now on being the main man. Mids with high CBA's have great tackle numbers, especially crows midfielders with their high pressure game style and they've always had great scores (Crouch, Laird, Dawson).

Agreed the additional $$ is imperative in trying to remove rookies, reaching discounted players in future rounds and gaining green dots over the byes.

Dale is a great option, also considered strongly this week. Should have a mortgage for ball down back with no Libba. But overall I'd go for Soligo + cash. In saying that, Dale has a very juicy matchup this week but gets tougher after that.

Yeah it's a tough one as like Soligo (see above comment).

I'm fielding Dempsey, Wilson and Reid. 0 in midfield and clohesy + Mckercher down back!

Great points, Soligo may be the go, and with a Harvey Thomas downgrade next week should get me enough for a decent upgrade defense wise, can potentially offload Howes finally

Really at a loss for what to do this week. So many holes/problems in my team. Pls help!!
With all the injuries piling up at once I'm leaning towards holding Rozee/Green.

Option 1 - Delete team

Option 2:
Yeo -> Bont/Brayshaw/Parish
Powell -> Moore

Option 3A & B:
Yeo -> Soligo
&
Campbell -> Reville ($400k ITB for next week)
OR
Dempsey -> Moore ($30k ITB)

Option 4++
Anything else?

I grabbed Moore last week and happy with the acquisition. He's got another good matchup this week against the Saints. If he tons again it's likely people won't be able to grab him until post his Rd 15 Bye by which time he may have put a fair gap on the inferior F4 forwards.

I like option 3: Yeo to Soligo and Dempsey to Moore, but looking at your team, you're going to cop a zero if you don't get a ruck. I'd be going Yeo and Rozee out for English or Xerri and another premium midfielder (Butters, Parish, Sinclair etc or Soligo if you want the extra cash).
