I haven’t seen too many run on from the back. I think you need to be forward in the running

I tend to agree. The races around the bend don't seem to be making much ground from outside the first 5-6 lanes.. There were a couple of fancied runners in the 2800m race that got out there and did nothing to run on in the straight. But then the last straight race seemed to be quicker outside than inside but the faves were mostly drawn wide in that

Ill be following the iluvparis F4 method

A: 2 horses
B: 3 horses
C: 3 horses

Three tickets

#1
A/ABC/ABC/ABC

#2
B/A/ABC/ABC

#3
B/BC/A/ABC

To win
  • at least one A must run top 3
  • winner must be either A or B
  • all of the top 4 must be either A,B,C

Costs $7.50 for every 1%
A Buck, Absurde
B Interps, Warp Speed, Sea King
C Sushi, St George, Mostly Cloudy

Got a feeling Sea King jumps, leads, stays and wins. Have done all week. Another Twilight Payment run.
Gate 1. Not done since Penzance in 15. Michelle Payne. Hollie Doyle. Got the same sort of feel to it today. Could be wrong. Have been plenty of times. See above for proof. R5.

Looked way too much at the race now, so have ended up landing on:
Something each way on Okita Soushi, Warp Speed (as a rank outsider) and a decent bet each way on Buckaroo on the Tote, on the hope he gets out a bit in late trade.

Vauban is the class runner if he handles the conditions better than last year, but not going to take those odds in case its a repeat of last year.

That plus a Trifecta of those + Kovalica, Absurde, Land Legend, St George for 1st and 2nd, and adding Sharp N Smart, Zardozi, Sea King, OneSmoothOperator, Interpretation in for 3rd.

Good luck everyone!

Does this make it harder for Buckaroo?

Having to come across from 21 would (imo) put them towards the back - correct?

Buckaroo will run similar to CC Day. Will circle the field early and run into a place

Doubt he runs 3200m anyway.
