Why can't coaches challenge that clear face mark and clear holding??

Just makes it so frustrating, as that's called in Q2
They tried that a few years ago, the Refs cracked the sads and wouldn't overturn anything.

You're completely delusional, typical Essington fan.
That might mean something if I cared about AFL at any point in the last 20 years ;)

I was referring to the part at the end where he threw his arms up and then went down like he'd been shot. He was held before that (and they could/should have called RTP on Burrow too)

Facemask is a judgement call, cant challenge judgement calls other then PI.

last few years its been a proposal but didnt get the votes. same as a few weeks aga in the Rams/vikings game

My apologies, I thought you were saying there was no flag on the play at all.

Too many bad calls deciding games. They need to open up the review system for everything.
Be careful what you wish for. Just because there is a review system doesn't mean the judgement calls will be called correctly all of a sudden.

All you need to do is remember that PI was reviewable when this play took place and no penalty was called (either on the field or in review) :$

It wasn't reviewable for that play, it was the catalyst to make it reviewable.

So why did the NFL introduce pass interference replay review?

It all started with the famous no-call that had a hand in ending the Saints' 2019 playoff run.

With under two minutes left in the NFC Championship, with the game tied at 20 apiece, quarterback Drew Brees attempted to throw a pass to Tommylee Lewis on third and 10. However, the Rams' Nickell Robey-Coleman knocked down Lewis before the ball reached him. Despite the clear penalty, the referees missed the pass interference call.
