Very weird timing but I suppose the owner could see the season slipping away and wanted a new coach bump which usually comes. Hackett owes everything in his life to Rodgers. Incredible how he was able to stay around.

No sympathy for Saleh from me, he was ****ing clueless as a HC on the sidelines in just about every aspect, nothing but a cheerleader. I don't think we really know whether Salah can coach. There's a whole lot of bullshit around the Jets that meant he never got the chance.
