and the Rams player will get a fine for the facemask like every personal foul play even in a flag isnt thrown it can be reviewed for a fine.

Diontae Johnson is "out" (trading incoming??) .... so Bryce Young will be throwing to Legette, Coker and David Moore....this should go well..... DEN: 45 CAR: 0

Someone on ESPN brought up good point. Darnold sack for a safety yesterday was a scoring play therefore should be reviewable. Face mask called
Facemask itself not a reviewable aspect tho. Also people say ref had a clear line of sight to it, but he was behind and wouldnt have been sure, at first (even commentators) looked like the jersey under the chin. It needed a ref looking back from the other side to call it.

However, we all know if that was Mahomes it would've been called.

Bottom line tho.... the NFL needs to bring in the UFL sky judge concept. Guy in the booth looks at everything even as a play ends and buzzes down to refs that either a call needs to be made or to reverse an incorrect call, and everything is viewed/reviewed. It's like VAR in soccer where as the play continues the sky judge is reviewing something and can buzz down and stop the game

I get it about a face mask but if you’re already reviewing the scoring play it’s seems nuts they don’t review it from top to bottom. How much longer would it take as it’s already reviewable? Crazy

Its like reviewing an LBW and not giving the Caught Behind because that wasnt what you were looking at

I dont get why skyjudge keeps getting knocked back. the proposal is only for them to call penalties or spot the ball in the first 10-15sec of a playclock.

Also funny that the Rams have put up a proposal the last few years to make facemasks and RTP as challengeable plays.

Find it also funny they miss that facemask a few days after calling a RB for a facemask on a stiff arm in SNF or MNF. offensive players with the ball almost never get called for it on a stiff arm but commit more then anyone else.

All that might be true but what is also true is that your head only moves like that for one reason in a tackle. It should be obvious as dogsballs to experienced officials as to what has happened.

If they used skyjudge across the board I suppose 2 things will happen...1) we'd get a flag on every play, slthough not sure how they csn jinstantly judfe every players action on the field and 2) on field officials will no longer be able to influence game outcomes.
