Had a customer today who was appreciative of my service today, but was extremely critical of the person she was speaking to yesterday. She said they were hopeless, wasn't able to answer any of her questions, just went around in circles and was just generally incompetent.

I didn't have the heart to tell her I was speaking to her yesterday as well.
