What would a successful season look like for you?

Do the wins matter? Or do you use another metric to measure success (e.g., no major injuries or kids getting exposure).

For me, we need a minimum of 5 wins to call our season successful. I know that wouldn’t make it a successful season in the grand scheme of things, but +3 wins on last year despite losing significant talent would make it a success.
Another 2-win season or less would be a fail for me, and 3-4 wins would fall within expectations.

staying in games and keeping our list out of the medical room
win/loss is a after thought for us in 25'
building the foundation and game plan along with blooding the kids
ultimately... finish low and hit the draft again,obtaining more top quality youth talent
