I've got Green but I never considered him for the VC, I considered Warner but that would have been a waste with him scoring 18.

I'll probably put the VC on one of the Hurricanes players, still haven't decided which one.

I've traded Stoinis to Ellis, Lynn to Chaudhary and Maxwell to M Short.

That gives me 4 Hurricanes tonight with Wade and Owen already in my team plus Sutherland, Bethell and Zampa for the Gades.

I've still got McDermott on the bench, I traded him in last round for the double this round and it looks like he won't play a game.

At least I didn't trade in Stanlake who only bowled one over before doing his shoulder but even he got 10 points for taking a catch

The Jordan late out resulted in me trading him and keeping Ollie Pope instead though so swings and roundabouts

Not a bad score but sadly it’s unders for this week.
Glad I traded in Stanlake this week
Captain Meredith meh I’ll take it.
Captain Owen would’ve been better.
Trading out Chris Green was a stroke of genius.

Yeah 1310 for this round I went alright, Mitch Owen captain and Green, Bethell, Ellis, Chaudhary with tons, Wade was solid too.

It could have been better though, I traded in Matt Short instead of Overton, his score got dropped for my flex player Edward's 60.

I dropped back from about 500 overall ranking to about 800 in the last round, I might get back into the top 500 after this round.

Mitch Owen got a lazy 219 in Round 8 which helped that. I was seriously thinking of putting the C on him this week but chose Chief Sutherland. Forgot to make the change to C late as I was at the tennis.

The Sydney derby looks a fair chance of a washout or at least rain affected so could mess with a few. Might avoid Smith, Maxwell and Johnson the 2 main priorities imo

I've traded McDermott to Konstas so I could loop him on the bench, I've also traded Ferguson to Stoinis.

One more trade left to trade Bethell to someone, I would have liked to get Maxwell but I can't afford him.

The match started on time and it didn't look like there was much rain on the radar so I wasn't expecting it to be a washout.

I should have known better than to trust Sydney's weather though.
