Challenge Kicking GIF by MOODMAN

This cumming chat has me randy.

All in all I think he represents supreme value, but whether he can get his body right remains to be seen. Seems to be plagued by soft tissue injuries and already had a 4 week hamstring injury this preseason which doesn’t bode well. In saying that, Hinge always seemed to struggle with his body and Adelaide has fixed him seemingly. Although they’re different age brackets I guess, not that Cumming is actually old. Technically he’s in his prime.

There’s definite value in the two crows newbies but there’s also so much value in some top end guys that’s going to be very hard to choose who to start. Might come down to budget

I’m thinking of cumming over peatling, anyone else interested!

Not sure I can take the punt on Cumming. He’s just to injury prone and already done 1 hammy this pre season.

Peatling is the pick of the two I think. Also gives assurance that if Cumminng does show signs in round 1 and 2, it’s an easy switch.

What’s not as easy is starting Cunming, watching him ping a hammy round 1 and then needing to find cash to replace him.

Why don't we all come together and submit the exact same team? Every fantasy coach puts in the exact same team and scores the exact same, all of us ending the season with the same fantasy score.

Always wondered what would happen if you set up a league like this.
Each team would have the same score every week, so how would they determine ladder position.

Deep midfield! You must have a lot of underpriced blokes

More not many premiums more a mid price rookie scenario.. need a reliable captain to carry the weak links… it’s a game after all. .

Due to injury concerns not going with Cummings, whilst Peatling is currently M6 just before 2 rookies at M7,8
If there is anything we learnt from last season, it's that injury history and age shouldn't be a factor at all in your decision making when choosing your starting team.

Zorko hadn't done a full season in 6 years and was the ripe age of 35 and managed to put together one of the most successful fantasy seasons ever. A lot of people (including me) didn't start with him and missed him for a lot of the season because of those factors when it looked like he was easily a top 6 forward.

If Cumming plays in the practice match and looks fit and has a good role, he is 100% starting for me. Injury history is just that, history.

Yep ....and who can forget the Whitfield turn-around from a few injury prone years to star of 2024

B4 the last two years, Cumming had largely uninterrupted seasons

Also a fyi for anyone not looking at Cumming. If he's playing half-back he has Saints first up in round 1. It will be a very difficult watch if you don't have him and he goes 120+

There’s SO many value midfielders this year. Choosing the right ones could really set up your season. Not to mention most of the value blokes don’t play round 0

If he plays Rnd 1 - there are a lot of things to like. Sunday game though, wish it were a Saturday...he could ping his hammie just walking to Adelaide Oval

The value in Cumming will mostly be when you can shove him to the backline when DPP happens.

Same with Martin, Bonner etc this year
Cum behind you ya reckon? I like it
