for anyone who knows, if I go into the club is there somewhere I can go to speak to a human being about my 800 dollar membership being useless? I can't call the number on the website and they didn't call me despite making a request. do I have any recourse?

Yes there's a membership front desk, just around the side from the Roo Shop counter.
 
120 in Ballarat maybe would be more if we still played at Mars Stadium, wonder how many Doggies members are here now
I was told Ballarat was split into suburbs as my uncle lives in Brown Hill and it had 109 members.
 
I got through okay to the membership department by calling their number.
I wanted to know why my North Melbourne app - wasn’t showing my membership tickets. For this week’s game.

He’d said there’d been a reported probably with their app.

He’d advised me to logout. Delete the app. Then down load it. To sign into the app. ( Plus I then had to do ticketmadter, too).

It then worked!!! Great. Tickets there

Hey mate, uninstall then reinstall the app and log back in again.

Reckon its got to do with how Telstra stores the app memory cache, it breaks from time to time. Happened to me when I first used my membership barcode.
 
Thanks amaz199, I did try that yesterday and again today, but still nothing :(

My mate also having the same issue, hoping it's not going to be the case for a lot of members today.
Similar issue here? Getting this message on both phone and laptop. I can login in to the Ticketmaster website (membership isn't there), but can't get past this screen on the NMFC app or webpage

I had to do this too. Changed my password in the Ticketmaster account on my laptop, logged back into both on the app.
 
It's incredibly frustrating. I can't even get a login screen anymore, I get the screen posted above. Multiple devices showing the same.

I've got a physical card to scan but want to transfer another ticket under my account but can't get access.

It's not astounding Ticketmaster have been dogshit for years, they're a monopoly cartel with zero incentive to get it right

Yeah, I’d bought guest passes and took ages to get them up to transfer to my phone wallet.
Physical card not much help there.
