I’m not sure if anything has changed but according to a club in another league that was chasing him… he would commit to them for 2025, but only on the condition that he is Melbourne… he may move to Gold Coast to live with his brother in the new year, where he will be given a spot on the Suns VFL list.

You’d be pretty happy with your bro getting that in his AFL contract

Deng is currently doing pre-season with the Northern Bullants. No idea why he would align him self with a Div 2 club that looks to be struggling a little, after playing this year in Prem Div.

Interesting one is former Mooroolbark / Kilsyth Jayden Weichard. Went to Hampton Park on enormous money this year but unless I’ve missed something, doesn’t appear to have re-signed there under the new coach. Phone must be ringing off the hook from eastern clubs
