keen to see how colby would fare in the time trial once jy, dyl etc run it
Logue a very good runner also

and you'd imagine once the whole group is back and draftees selected we'd do a training camp

we did noosa last year from memory ahead of the xmas break
Is it time for Kokoda?

Jesus Christ, Colby didn’t just win, he smashed everyone.

Early prediction that we’ll be talking about Colby’s performance more than Reid’s come mid year.

He honestly looks like he’s out worked the majority of the competition this off-season.

On the flip side Cooper looks like he’s spent the last 3 months doing **** all and is in the hurt locker.

We have been screaming out for the entire group to do a non football related bonding thing that is physically and mentally difficult.

IMO the benefit would be significant.

Any cost comes out of the soft cap (it’s why we haven’t done it).

WilPhil beat Sheez home, i'm guessing that will be popular with some, but not all :)
Hopefully he's improving. 6th out of 15 is hardly flying, there's no way sheez isn't a better 2km runner than five of the six above him. Sheez would've been cruising waiting for the full team 2km.

Finbar’s run is extremely promising. For some reason I’d assumed his tank must be poor being later to AFL but that rubbing capacity and his marking capability has him in a great position to debut this year in a position we have limited depth in.
Did a pretty good job in the ruck last season too. He'll surprise a few in 25.

Are you suggesting that Finbar rubs people the right way!?

He’s about the most important rookie on our list given the absolute void of developing Key Forwards we have (or rather don’t ) on the list.

You for the last six months basically four times a day: WiPhi should only be allowed near a treadmill, WiPhi couldn't run out of sight on a dark night, WiPhi's running capacity is shit and if he's signed a one year contract he'd want to spend the off season improving his running ability above all else

Phillips: returns absolutely rock hard fit and finishes 6th in the time trial, beating Sheezel, demonstrating he has visibly improved not only his running capacity but also has a clearly outstanding physique

You: nno

There was 15 or less running. He looks good but we heard all this last preseason. No need to suck each other's dicks just yet, let's see how he goes when they run the proper 2k.

Should be a spare in the #2 locker. Jaidyn may have already taken it with him

Where did he finish in the same run last year? Who in that list beat him last time? Bergman?

Look, the splits would be nice. Unfortunately who knows unless someone here watched it. But Bailey is no slouch on the run and to finish above miller too says something. Miller is no slouch on the run either.

So saying, the most impressive runs in discussion includes Will. Thats a good tjing

It's definitely an improvement and a step in the right direction.

If TAO was around he and I would have the same opinion on his quads. They are significantly different to last year, they look like they have KM in them
Anything would be an improvement on last season. How much he can make up we'll find out soon enough. If it's substantial then it gives us more depth and strength and I'll be stoked.
