Dunno why so many people are holding grudges against him. He had a contract and liked his lifestyle. If we refused to deal with players who turned us down once then we would probably be able to target 3 players all up. And they'd be shit. Like we have been for ages, hence all the refusals.
He cost us JVR. His lifestyle choices can EMD. He's dead to us and should have stones thrown at him from a great height and of a significant number. When we're done stoning him, we should tape $50 notes to him and set him free out west.

Delisted Gold Coast utility Darcy Macpherson says the “fire is still there” and hopes he can convince North Melbourne to throw him an AFL lifeline after starting pre-season training at Arden St.

Macpherson, 27, who finished third in the Suns’ best and fairest in 2019 and seventh in 2023, was delisted in September after 97 games in nine seasons after just two games – both as the sub – this year.

“(North) lets VFL players train a couple of times a week with the main group and I just thought, given the way I train and how I go about my business, it gives me the best chance to get back on a list,” he said.

“Melbourne is my hometown and there’s a lot more eyes on me down here, and I just thought North, with where the list is at, I could definitely add something.

“They see me in that high half-forward (role) with my workrate, going into the midfield for a little bit.”

RETIRED star Liam Shiels is returning to North Melbourne as a talent scout after finishing his 288-game playing career.
Shiels will begin his new role immediately, working at this week’s national draft.

This Macpherson guy honestly...

That's true. My wife is more jealous of the second night (I got it texted to me on the way to work). The only way to really win was to shell out $600 for two nights.
When PJ were good they fought with ticketmaster over ticket prices. Fast forward 30 years and they're all buying walk in humidors.

Anyone wanting to buy tickets to the Darcy McPherson show, I wouldn’t bother.

I checked, and he’s purchased them all for himself.

Tell this bum to kick rocks, don't want him.
