I haven't participated in BF for awhile so personally I'm not affected by what the popular opinion is on here. The man has struggled , yes he is aware of it himself I guess.
I thought you followed Goldy to the * board 🤣

Good to see you back mate

The smelter uses 10% of the states electricity, Alcoa signed an agreement to switch off the plant if there were a need for the majority of that 10% thus keeping it open for at least another 20 years........huge money NOW being poured back into the joint. Hopefully that'll keep me busy til retirement.
Portland is great by the way, 90 mins to Coonawarra Estate , my own private golf course here after work ( with almost nobody on it) I'm in heaven.......living the quiet life.

Portland is shithole.;)

Welcome to the South West.

Was there today. Poco ice cream, top notch. :thumbsu:

Nice spot, extremely expensive unfortunately due to being inhabited by wealthy Melbourne w***ers in their holiday homes at this time of year.
I heard their IGA is the worst in the state price-wise. Just ahead of Halls Gap, which I can vouch for as a catalyst for bankruptcy

That's very debatable. I once spent 3 months working in Portland during one miserable winter. A very dreary place, which I would describe as an "end of the world destination" and the only reason I managed to survive it was due to the fact that I was living at the Royal Hotel. Magnificent food Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. There were a bunch of blokes working on a siesmic survey, also staying there, who managed to keep me relatively sane with their antics.

It’s their training. Not fan day. They didn’t announce any intra club to be played. It’s ok to be disappointed but I’m not sure you can blame the club for being disappointed in the type of training they’re running.
I reckon we can by the season's end if its another sh1thouse season!
