I love LDU.. I also understand the market value and rise in the TPP.. however, he rarely hits the goal and inside 50 targets as an attacking mid and that is incredibly frustrating when he will no doubt become the highest paid player in the comp
Literally the only thing in my post that was semi serious. It's actually real, glad you too have spotted it. I love LDU, think he can be the best in the AFL, just think he needs to be a bit fitter so when those opportunities arise he ain't dead-exhausted which increases the likelihood of an error.

Big X get a placing in the Shittle?

Should never have got rid of Goldy

Big X is 200cm tall. As tough as Nails and made the AA Squad from Pick 72, a North-supporter (one of us). Gun.

'Simmo' in a tuxedo and bow tie (I'd happily claim it but it's the Old Man's lol), all jokes aside, should really be doing a bit better (if he even ran).

Anyone know why Simpkin and Parker didn't do the run? That strikes me as concerning, they're arguably the two most important players for us to have on the track.
I was there symkin went off for a shit....parker went off and had a coffee and a smoke with whitey...while zuhaar fired up the barbecue and put the beers on ice... Well done to river nice confidence booster..and that's it.

All jesting aside I do find it interesting that in the top 10 , 2 were first year recruits 5 were players traded in from other clubs as mature age players over the last 3 seasons. I think it’s a good indication of previous season standards. I also have no doubt the mids were not taking it seriously. Shuttle runs are easy to do when no one is tackling or grappling you.

It’s as plain as the nose on Bill Lawry’s face that the physical standards have been far below the required level.

Thankfully that seems to have changed.

Archer and Curtis almost had a punch on yesterday
Another example of North's preseason training being sub-standard, premiership clubs like Richmond actually have fisticuffs whereas we ‘almost’ have a punch on. Not good enough.

An Archer v Curtis punch on would be interesting.
