Yeah is there anything to suggest that Hynes is likely to become a dominant mid. Everything I read suggests he’s a forward.

Mid. Forward. Whichever it is I don't mind ... as long as he's dominant.

That's a pretty interesting group of players over in Perth doing extras during time off.

Buss, JJ, Garcia, Naughts, Arty all make sense as WA boys, Bont and Lachie Smith as the ring ins

There's something about Lachie Smith. Hopefully gets a crack at some point.

Bont’s fiancée is from WA, probably there seeing her family.

New Year Dog GIF by Protmax

Happy New Year to all!

I look like travelling at the end of September so that will GUARANTEE that the Bulldogs will be contenders… 🥴

Rewind to 2016, wife wanted to go to Europe, I said book to leave after the last Saturday in September so she did.

Of course, the AFL then introduced the pre finals week off that year which pushed the GF into October. Draw came out after booking.....thought going to miss the GF but the Dogs hadn't made the GF for 55 years, so surely they won't in 2016......

Watched it in a Copenhagen pub at 6am with 4 other Dog supporters but full of Swans supporters.

That's life.....

Lachie Smith had a good year good ball handling needs to work on marking and strength got a thrashing in the preliminary final.

Any news yet on who's training the house down?
Garcia has been very good and Freijah is running really well.
Luke Kennedy's kicking off both feet is getting rave reviews - early days, but he's looking like a late pick gem

Oddly, I still have a lot of doubts but Poulter stood out forward of the ball in match sim.

Expect a new look forward line this year. Interesting to see if Poulter can become that tall high half forward Bedendo was meant to be, out of Poulter and Davidson at this point.

Where does Matt Kennedy play?
We already have Naughton playing up the ground too, and Weightman is a lock. That means West misses out, ditto our designated pressure player (VDM/McNeill). Unless we're planning on a Marra absence in round 1...

Surely Kennedy is a lock ,unless I’m missing something ?
Always thought he was a very good and consistent player .

Are you going to be experimenting again to start the season only to abandon it half way through because it doesn’t work?
