Think it’s confirmed that he’s missing the camp.3AW news say JUH may miss preseason camp and in doubt for start of season.
JJ out 2-3 months
More evidence for the opinion that he's stayed a season too long.Professional Sideline watcher. Poor JJ, twilight of his career and he can't get on the field.

Realistically he was cooked 3 years ago but we’ve lost of bit of maturity across the list recently.More evidence for the opinion that he's stayed a season too long.
But is it the best thing for the playing group? That’s the unknownThe camp would be the best thing for him.......
I don't think we really know the intricate details of his family issues though so if he and the club have agreed best for him not to come, maybe he needs to be in Melbourne sorting it out.The camp would be the best thing for him.......
Completely agree. Worth the risk that he comes good for half a season at a similar level of form to 2024 rather than having an extra 18 year old.The JJ news is a shame, but I still think he was worth a 1 year extension.
His last 4 years have been 25, 8, 11 & 9 games, so he's got more games in than some may think.
The last season he played less than 8 senior games was 2012.
As a low salary extension, his obvious assets, experience and versatility made him a pretty fair low risk bet.
Also has an attractive mum for Dermie to ogle in the stands. So this is very interesting, he's always struck me as happy to just stay in the state leagues with the lower standards for training and not having his entire life be about football. He certainly doesn't lack the talent to be a great ruck.
Tells me English might be worse off than we thought for us to be considering Crossley so late in the peace? Many of us wanted Crossley to train on with us at the start of preseason. Is there anyway to get both?Dom Brew’s spot on the list not looking good if Crossley trains well
I suppose we could be looking for him with next year in mind?Tells me English might be worse off than we thought for us to be considering Crossley so late in the peace? Many of us wanted Crossley to train on with us at the start of preseason. Is there anyway to get both?

Oooooo yes bloody please!!Crossley training with the dogs during our camp..
Don’t mind it. Think it’s needed. Our ruck depth is cooked.
Given Sweet panst English last year I think that’s a pretty good wrap!Look I wouldn’t want to be relying on him but he’d be comparable to Sweet as a solid plug in option if English has a mishap here and there or needs to be dropped on form.
