Yeah that’s the concern I have with that team, some of those players will be topped up to uber premos at some stage but wondering if it’s just better to start the Ubers and not have to worry about bringing them inNot many in your team will be top 6-8 players for each line though except for ruck. Less rookies though.
Finding a balance is the challenge i guess. See merit in it with less rookies, but later on you'll be needing to burn sideways trades to upgrade premiums who are leaking points.Yeah that’s the concern I have with that team, some of those players will be topped up to uber premos at some stage but wondering if it’s just better to start the Ubers and not have to worry about bringing them in
I expect Macrae, Smith, Poo, Daniel to be all forward keepers by years end and have no concerns with them at all.I'm interested to hear what the consensus is with the amount of trades that are budgeted for corrections and injuries. I'm thinking 4 for corrections (possibly more) and 8 for injuries?
Having to upgrade a team to 23 players now, also means a reduction of access to trades as 2-3 have to be allocated for that extra position.
6 Correctional (maybe)
8 Injuries (possible)
3 Flex upgrade (2 if MP)
Could be 17 trades that have to be set aside, leaves 23 for upgrades. A rookie upgrade is probably 3 trades with an MP needing 2.
I currently have 7 rookies on field = 21 trades
MP's:
Mills
Oliver
Macrae
Smith
Phillipou
Daniel
Reckon I'll have to nail at least 5 of those picks ie: need to become keepers, if I want to finish with a full premo team
You could say the same for Mac.Think everyone needs to settle their expectations with Pou. Averaged 58 last year, has to improve average by 40 to be a keeper.
Major case of the 2nd year blues and was spending his time at Half forward.Think everyone needs to settle their expectations with Pou. Averaged 58 last year, has to improve average by 40 to be a keeper.
Everyone training the house down..Major case of the 2nd year blues and was spending his time at Half forward.
Lost all his confidence and got dropped to the vfl.
Got back in the senior side and played midfield for the last part of the year.
Check out his scores in the last 4 games he played, playing midfield

They sure are but some more than others.Everyone training the house down..
Bigger houses I guess.. .They sure are but some more than others.

Nope. Full premo is 23 plus a playing midpricer. Why have 23 premos when only the best 22 count?I'm interested to hear what the consensus is with the amount of trades that are budgeted for corrections and injuries. I'm thinking 4 for corrections (possibly more) and 8 for injuries?

Muscle is overrated it’s all about the run.I guess Pou put on Se7en kegs ...
Run away from the ball .Muscle is overrated it’s all about the run.

Is this a joke? Macrae proven history of 110+ as a mid.You could say the same for Mac.
Drafted the same year as Stringer...
Pou was drafted as a mid but been barely used there.
Everything just a guide .
Agree he will grow a lot, but just saying we dont know yet how much this year. also Macrae should play full time mid there too…Pou is an Alpha and will love the full time mid role.
3 pre seasons now to build up his body and running capacity.
Wants to be the best player in the league and super competitive.
I’m expecting a 95-100 average.
I think out of all of them, I'd rather drop Petracca. Think Sheez and Flanders are must haves.Flanders or Sheezel to Holmes or Sicily, depending on bye situation.
Trac obviously has a cloud hanging over him atm too, could go down to Roberts/ Short type in def.
Agree on Sheezel but happy to watch Flanders in his first 2 games. He has the bye in R2. If he kills it and another mid is struggling then trade him in.I think out of all of them, I'd rather drop Petracca. Think Sheez and Flanders are must haves.
Written a few long posts on this just check out my ramblings.I'm interested to hear what the consensus is with the amount of trades that are budgeted for corrections and injuries. I'm thinking 4 for corrections (possibly more) and 8 for injuries?

People need to remember if he was born 3 days later he would have been in the following years draft.Major case of the 2nd year blues and was spending his time at Half forward.
